Our internship program provides emerging designers with the chance to work directly alongside our team on real projects, gaining valuable experience in both the urban and rural contexts that define STIMSON’s practice. Interns are exposed to all aspects of the design process, from concept development to construction, and can explore the intersection of design, ecology, and culture in a collaborative environment. Whether working in our Cambridge studio or at Charbrook Farm in Princeton, MA, we aim to offer a hands-on, meaningful experience that fosters growth, creativity, and a deeper connection to the landscapes we shape.

We are excited to announce that we are currently seeking full-time, summer interns for 2026!
