Michele received a B.S. in Cartography from Salem State College, a path shaped by her coastal upbringing in Rockport, Massachusetts. Before transitioning to finance, she worked as a corporate market researcher, applying GIS and spatial analysis to support site development strategies.

Michele joined STIMSON in 2025, bringing over fifteen years of accounting experience in the healthcare industry. While her career path led through finance, her background in cartography and deep-rooted connection to the New England coast sustained a longstanding appreciation for landscapes as layered, lived-in environments.

She lives in Rutland with her family and enjoys all things culinary—from testing new recipes to baking for her teammates and loved ones.
