Jessica hails from the small town of Colville, Washington, where contrary to popular belief it does not rain very much. Growing up in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, she discovered a deep love for the land which eventually led her to the field of landscape architecture. Jessica received her MLA from Auburn University, where she focused on design research that probed the potential for cultivated landscapes and human cultures and economies to contribute to, rather than damage wild ecosystems. Jessica joined the STIMSON team in 2019, and she hopes to continue bringing a passion for nurturing the land and providing moments of beauty to all of her design work.
